DEFECTIVE GOODS

We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the items on delivery and notify the driver or us promptly in writing, by phoning our head office (details below). If there is any dissatisfaction with your order.

We will not accept any further claims for loss from or in connection with the supply of faulty goods, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.

 

AMENDMENT OF ORDERS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

To amend or cancel your order please email info@koodai.co.uk with your order details as soon as possible.

If your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.

If we are able to cancel your order before it has been processed, the refund could take up to two weeks on cancelled orders.
