Shipping Policy

Free Delivery on orders above £60 up to 20Kg  (delivery charges not included and available only for Mainland UK).

There are no weekend deliveries. 

If our Courier is not able to deliver to your location, we would need to cancel the order and refund you the money.

Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based on your location. All charges are based on the total weight of each Parcel box. Please allow 3kg of this for Bags, Glass, Packing boxes, etc - so. For packages larger than 40Kg please contact us before placing your order.

UK Mainland:

Standard Delivery (2-5 business days):

  • Up to 15kg - £7.25
  • Up to 20kg - £9.50
  • Up to 25kg - £14.50
  • Up to 30kg - £19.00
  • Up to 45kg - £26.25
  • Above 45kg - £28.50

*Free delivery will be applicable for standard deliveries only.and The first parcel weighing up to 20kg will be free of charged, while the second parcel will be charged according to its weight."

Local Customers: If you live close to the Fulfilment Centre in West London (Sambal Express Extra, 88 South Rd, Southall, UB1 1RD) and you don't wish to pay the Delivery Charge you can select 'Pick Up' when checking out to allow collection at our store. Please call to check your order is ready before turning up. Collection Time: Between 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm.

If the delivery address is different from your registered address, you can change the address when booking for delivery.

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain areas and eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule itself.

If your area is not on our schedule, then we will arrange an alternative courier service – Charges will apply according to weight and area.

If no one is at the address at time of delivery, the courier will inform you with your available options.

Please note that adverse weather conditions or any other events outside our control may result in late deliveries or even cancelled delivery. In that case, we will contact you and re-arrange the delivery. The cost of goods and delivery charge if included will not change.
